What We Do
A private label activewear factory, not a trading company.
RIVON SPORTS is a private label sportswear manufacturer based in Dongguan, China, founded in 2009. We produce custom leggings, sports bras, crop tops, hoodies, joggers, performance tees, yoga and seamless knitwear, outdoor layers, polos, padel and tennis wear, football kits and basketball jerseys for brands, clubs, gyms and retailers in North America, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand.
Every process happens inside our own factory: pattern making, fabric sourcing, cutting, thermal sublimation, screen printing, embroidery and sewing on more than 100 machines. Nothing is sub-contracted between your sample and your bulk order - so the fit you approve is the fit you receive.

Samples land in 7-10 days with your exact fabric, branding and labels. Nothing moves to bulk before written approval.

Bulk Production
Cutting, printing, embroidery and sewing on our own machinery. Bulk completes in 15-25 days with in-line inspection.

Final inspection with a written QC report, then delivery by express, air or sea - FOB or door-to-door DDP.

Trading-company pricing typically adds a margin of 10-25% on top of factory cost. We publish our own numbers only - compare any supplier's quote against the same specification.

Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom activewear?
Our MOQ is 10 pieces per design or colourway for most knit styles, with no small-order surcharge. Stock fabrics can support even lower trial quantities, and mixed sizes count toward the same 10 pieces.
Can I order a small first run to test my brand?
Yes. Most of our brand clients start with a pilot run of 10-100 pieces per style, test the market, then reorder in the same fabrics and approved fit blocks.
Can I mix styles and colours to reach the minimum?
Yes. You can combine colourways and sizes within one style to meet the 10-piece minimum, which keeps your first inventory investment low.
Samples, lead time and price
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Samples are delivered in 7-10 days. Bulk production runs 15-25 days after sample approval, plus shipping time - roughly 3-7 days by express or air, 20-35 days by sea.
How is the price calculated, and how fast do I get a quote?
Pricing is based on style, fabric, GSM, branding method and quantity. Send your spec or reference garment and we return a costed quotation within 24 hours on working days. Larger volumes and repeat orders are re-quoted at better rates.
Materials and compliance
Do you offer recycled or certified sustainable fabrics?
Recycled polyester and recycled nylon-spandex blends are available, together with GRS-certified and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabric options sourced through our mill partners on request. Certification documents are issued by the mill for the specific lot.
Can you guarantee leggings will not go sheer (squat-proof)?
Yes. We test opacity, stretch recovery and GSM before approval, and we will upgrade the fabric weight or knit structure if a sample does not pass squat-proof testing.
